Terms of Service

The copyright of all photographs remains with The Crooked Porch Photography. The Crooked Porch Photography grants the Client permission to make prints and copies of the photographs, share the photographs online, and for any personal use by the Clients and their friends and relatives. Sale, publication, or any commercial use of the photographs are not allowed without prior written permission from The Crooked Porch Photography. The Clients grant The Crooked Porch Photography and its legal representatives, heirs, and assigns, the irrevocable and unlimited consent to use the photographs of the Clients for editorial, competition, advertising, and any other purpose according to copyright laws.
